A Step by Step guide to USA Hockey Online Registration for season 2008/09
 The USA Hockey registration is valid from September 1 through August 31 of each year.

1. Go to www.usahockey.com and choose “Players” from the banner. Select  “Register Online”.
2. Choose member type: “Ice Players & Coaches”.
3. Saint David’s Hockey is a member of USA Hockey.
    Check the box that acknowledges that you are 18 or older.  Continue…
4. Select the 2008-09 Season.
5. Follow the prompts…all the way through to checkout.
    Please note that fees are waived for players born in 2002 and younger.
6. Print your Confirmation page. It will also be emailed to you immediately after the registration is completed.
7. Click Continue. USA Hockey Registration is now complete.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The home address should be used for all participants. If a player lives in one state other than New York, enter the home address and pay any applicable affiliate fee. The confirmation page/number will be accepted by any USA Hockey program in the country.
