THE 2010-2011 REGISTRATION PROCESS HAS BEEN UPDATED.

For insurance purposes, every child must be registered with USA Hockey before he or she can step on the ice.

Note: Players who want to participate in the pre-season must get their forms in as soon as possible.

The 2 step process to register for the 2009-2010 season is:

Step 1 (the same as before):
Go to www.usahockey.com
Go to PLAYERS
Go to REGISTER ONLINE
Go to ICE PLAYERS & COACHES
Continue through that registration process.
At the end of the process, the parent will receive a confirmation number which
ends in the first letters of the child's last name.  It will appear to left of the
bar code that appears on the confirmation email.

Step 2:
Goto:
http://wwa.usahockey.com/LocalReg/Register.aspx?regId=261

Continue through the registration process.  When asked for the USAH confirmation number, please provide the confirmation number you received by email from Step 1.  It MUST be the number sent to you by USAH containing the combination of numbers and letters described at the end of step 1. 

Again: this TWO STEP process must be completed before the children are permitted to take the ice.

Parents of Saint David's boys DO NOT need to fill out medical forms.
