Hi everyone,
Welcome to our 5th year of camps with the New York City hockey community. We have had requests from repeat campers to do a spring camp this year. It will fall during the spring break school vacation. The following registration can be used to sign up for both the Spring Break Camp, as well as Summer Camp. Please fill out one registration for each child attending camp(s).

Northern Lights Spring and Summer Camps are for all Mite through Bantam aged players. All players will be divided up into groups according to both age and skill level. This makes for both a competitive and fun, challenging environment.
Daily Plan:
Each day at camp, there will be two on ice sessions as well as off ice. The morning on ice session consists of power skating, goalie specific training, skills and small games. In the afternoon, the on ice session includes skills training as well as a full ice scrimmage. During the off ice training, our morning session is geared towards hockey specific training. These sessions will include plyometrics, speed, power, agility and core training. We play outdoor games in the afternoon session such as soccer, Frisbee and wiffle ball. Lunch is included for all campers. Lunch is provided.

Summer Camp featuring Boe Leslie and Stanley Cup winner Doug Roberts back for his 5th year
Date: June 14th-18th, 2010
Time: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Register for both camps before February 20th, 2010 and save!
Cost for both camps: $1,225 with T-shirt ($1,200 without T-shirt)
Week 1 (March): $650 with the 2010 T-shirt ($625 without T-shirt)
Week 2 (June): $650 with the 2010 T-shirt ($625 without T-shirt)
